Requirements Audit Report — Retired

:::caution This page is retired, with no direct successor This page previously self-scored the SRS/BRD 10/10 on all seven classic requirements-engineering quality criteria, with a "Requirement Removal Log" that read "none to date." As of this restructuring (2026-08-14), that scoring exercise is retired outright rather than replaced with a new score — a static audit page that never revises its rating down is decoration, not quality control, and the corpus it was scoring turned out to carry real, code-verifiable version/status drift at the same time it claimed perfect consistency.

What replaces its function:

  • requirements/traceability.md — the same business → functional → NFR traceability map this page carried (kept as a Mermaid diagram), plus an explicit log of the drift defects this restructuring corrected.
  • Per-requirement Status and Evidence fields, mandatory on every entry in requirements/ — every status claim now points at a file:line, a test name, or an explicit negative, rather than relying on a separate audit page to assert correctness from a distance.

There is no page that reproduces this page's 1–10 scoring rubric. If a future audit is wanted, it should be run against the versioned catalog's Evidence fields directly, not maintained as prose that can go stale independently of the requirements it describes. :::
