Traceability & Status
This page replaces two retired documents: srs/quality_audit.md (a self-scored audit that rated the
SRS 10/10 on all seven quality criteria and never revised that score, including across the version-drift
defects this restructuring corrects) and srs/task_compliance.md (a 19-task compliance registry frozen
at the MVP era, while the real execution record grew to 492 items in .antigravitycli/v20_todo.md).
Neither scoring mechanism is reproduced here. What replaces their function is: every requirement in
v1.0-mvp.md, v2.0-shipped.md, v3.0-next.md,
v4.0-backlog.md, and nfr.md carries its own Status and Evidence
fields, checkable independently of any central audit page.

Status roll-up
This is a qualitative roll-up, deliberately not a hand-counted table of totals — a roll-up that
counts items is itself a value that can drift out of sync with the per-item Status fields it
summarizes, which is exactly the failure mode this whole restructuring exists to eliminate. If this
section and an individual requirement's own Status field ever disagree, the individual requirement
page is authoritative, not this page.
